Sen. Grassley warns: "Death Panel" "You have Every Right To Fear"

Appearing at a town hall in his home state of Iowa, Senator Chuck Grassley told a crowd of over 300 that they were correct to fear that the government would "pull the plug on grandma."

"There is some fear because in the House bill, there is counseling for end-of-life," Grassley said. "And from that standpoint, you have every right to fear.

And I don't have any problem with things like living wills. But they ought to be done within the family. We should not have a government program that determines if you're going to pull the plug on grandma." See the video

Seven NC Muslim men accused of plotting "violent jihad"

A father, his two sons and four other North Carolina men are accused of military style training at home and plotting "violent jihad" through a series of terror attacks abroad, FBI said Monday.

The group was led by Daniel Patrick Boyd, a married 39 -year-old who lived in an unassuming lakeside home in a rural area south of Raleigh, where he and his family operated a drywall business.

Two decades ago, Boyd, who is a U.S. citizen, trained in terorist camps in Pakistan and Afghanistan and fought against the Soviets for three years before returning to the United States.

An indictment released Monday does not detail any specific terrorist plans or targets overseas. MORE
